• Booth Set-up:

Booth setup occurs every Saturday from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.

To ensure a smooth experience for customers, all booths must be fully stocked before 9:45 am when doors open.

Eco Fashion provides Sellers with essential supplies like hangers, bins, tags, stickers, sharpies, zip ties, "s" hooks, barbs, and barb guns.

• Booth Take-down:

Booth take-down takes place on Friday evenings from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Customers' access ends at 7:00 pm, and Sellers must complete their take-down by 9:00 pm.

Sellers have the option to pay a $10 fee for Eco Fashion to handle their booth take-down when booking, or until 7:00 pm on Friday. After 7:00 pm, the fee is $15.

Unpaid fees when booking will be deducted from the Seller's payout. Any items left after take-down must be retrieved by Thursday, or they will be donated.

• Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items:

While Eco Fashion implements measures to secure inventory, the store is not financially responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Processes are in place to manage de-tagged items and restock those left at the "go-back" rack.

• Supplies Reimbursement:

A $2 supplies reimbursement fee is subtracted from Seller's payouts to maintain the provision of quality tags, barbs, barb guns, bins, and stickers for booth setup.

• Commission Split:

Eco Fashion retains 30% of total revenue from item sales, while Sellers receive 70%. Credit card fees and other associated charges follow the same split structure.

• Commission Payout:

Payouts will be processed 3-5 business days after the final selling day, sent via Venmo. Sellers will only receive payouts after all items are picked up.

• First Booking Policy:

The initial booking is risk-free. If a booth doesn't generate at least the booth cost in sales, the Seller will be paid the amount they paid for the booth.

• Renewal Policy:

Eco Fashion may deny a third-week renewal if a Seller's booth hasn't covered the booth cost for two consecutive weeks.

• Management Discretion:

Eco Fashion reserves the right to remove Seller's items for any reason. The sale of counterfeit premium brand items is strictly prohibited.

Eco Fashion cannot authenticate items.

• Cancellation Policy:

Sellers can reschedule for a future week at no extra cost if done at least 48 hours before the reservation starts. Booth rentals are non-refundable, but Sellers can cancel reservations at any time.
